Marsh Building Inspections Ltd is an independent business operating in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia. For our first 25 years, we operated as Marsh Designs and maintained buildings, built homes, prepared depreciation reports, consulted and supervised building projects. Then in 2012, we changed our name to Marsh Building Inspections.

We began offering Pre Blast Surveys for our blasting contractor clients in the late nineties. Since 2019, MBI has focused on specialty property surveys, adding Pre Condition Surveys and Safety Anchor Inspections to our service offering.

Our highly detailed and proprietary survey protocols ensure that we are precise and thorough. We use high resolution photographs and detailed survey notes to create detailed survey records that protect both property owners and contractors alike. Our methodology is constantly being assessed and improvements to our protocols are ongoing.
